And yes, her hair was in a BOW.
Elisa got married in October 2011, and saw my work on Rock n Roll Bride. I literally clapped my hands when she told me about their wedding details, and obviously because she wanted to have her hair done in a bow(!!!) Their whole wedding was themed around bows and lollipops (check out her bouquet!) and the results were amazing. They had an incredible amount of detail in their wedding, from the grooms’s lollipop buttonhole, to her shoes with lollipops and bows, but it ended up being incredibly well put together, without any unnecessary clutter.

Abbie started following me on twitter, and after a few DM’s about her hair and make-up, she decided to see me for a trial.
In her own words: ‘It’s a winter wedding and if I had to give it a style it’s ‘tumbledown fairytale’. I think I just made that up, but I guess I want things to look overgrown and out of control but with a bit of sparkle.’ And sparkled, it did!
What I loved about her wedding is that she has stuck with her ideas, with BIG dress, BIG hair and BLUE nails. They had the wedding THEY had wanted, and with all their ideas put together (trying not to sound like the Captain Planet intro, honest!) they ended up having an honest, leopard-print-wearing, butt-kicking wedding.

I’ve decided to start this blog mainly for brides-to-be, as I’ve had a fashion portfolio for quite a while. but had brides asking to see my bridal work too.
First of all I’ll post some of the weddings that I’ve done in the last couple of months (not in chronological order)
I will add links to the original blog posts if there were any, so you could view the full gallery as well as getting more detailed information about their day.
Comments and suggestions welcome!
